Risk Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and assess daily trading activities of traders, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Oversee, guide, control, and review a team of traders to ensure adherence to risk protocols.
  • Report on trading activities, providing insights and recommendations for risk mitigation.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of market surveillance and compliance practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of the US stock market, including risk management and high-volume risk scenarios.
  • Familiarity with key concepts like dividends, bonus issues, and stock splits.
  • Proficiency in proprietary trading strategies and platforms.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Previous experience managing risk in high-volume trading environments.
  • Strong grasp of stock market concepts and risk management practices.


Process Trainer

Responsibilities:

  • Educate, train and guide traders on market dynamics, trading strategies and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare monthly training modules and implement programs.
  • Conduct weekly/ monthly trainee performance evaluation.
  • Maintain weekly/ monthly trainee performance reports.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Market Analysis and Price Action.
  • In-depth knowledge of the stock market, including risk management and high-volume risk scenarios.
  • Familiarity with key concepts like dividends, bonus issues, and stock splits.
  • Proficiency in proprietary trading strategies and platforms.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Knowledge of developing Training Modules.
  • Strategies development in stock analyzing.

Research Analyst/ Quant Trader

Responsibilities:

  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C++.
  • Use Visual Studio for development and debugging.
  • Backtest trading strategies to ensure their effectiveness.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency in C++ and experience with Visual Studio.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and software design principles.
  • Experience with low-latency, high-frequency trading systems is a plus.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience with algorithmic trading platforms and market data processing.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and trading strategies. (Added Advantage)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Excellent knowledge of C++.
  • Proven experience in coding.
