It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure.’ He has fervently followed this through out his career in IT/ ITES sector and has efficaciously accomplished to structure and manage large and complex outsourcing businesses from inception through closure and beyond.
He is an Engineer, a B. Arch. from Bengaluru along with a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. He has a proven record of success in practice marketing and management, growing business from the ground up and sorting out failing businesses, setting up and managing large scale ITES operations. He has profound exposure to liaise IT and business to develop strategy, manage processes and ensure technology alignment to implement programs that deliver on strategic goals and objectives. He possesses extensive experience in sales, pre-sales, IT project/program management; vendor and partner evaluations across domains and large scale roll outs of BPO/KPO solutions.
He has managed revenues over $100M and realized over $15M in cost savings by delivering performance and quality using proven practices. His expertise has primarily been with BPO outsourcing using various models like managed services, SaaS, risk-reward, etc. He has worked in the areas of hardware, software, networking and consulting service with BPO, KPO, Contact Center, BFSI, Retail, Travel, Mortgages, Sales, Tele-Sales, Tech Support expertise and across various ITES domains.
He has eighteen years rapid progression for excellence in reducing costs, increasing productivity, driving innovation, and stimulating bottom-line growth for BPO organizations within challenging markets and economic conditions. He has been hand-selected to lead major corporate initiatives for reputation as a problem solver, cross-functional team coordinator, consensus-builder, and driver of triple-digit revenue and profit performance.
Ravi has strong working knowledge of Six Sigma/ Lean Sigma and other models used for process and business management; carries experience with budgeting, forecasting, planning, financial modeling, reporting and scorecards along with capability in the creation, administering and responding to RFIs and RFPs in the ITES arena. He has know-how in working and competing with leading BPO providers and ability to advice customers to get the maximum benefit from these relationships.
His specialties are adapting system mechanics for flawless Back-office Operations, Service Delivery, Complex Processes & their Integrations, Setting-up New Operations, Monetary Target Overviews, Performance Management and Corporate Finance Overviews.
